The Journey so far - Cape & Islands Watch Co.

Cape & Islands Watch Co. is an idea made by two Cape Codders, Daniel Ross and Matt Lyons. We first came up with this idea to create a Cape Cod themed watch company on a warm Summer day at the Canal. We love Cape Cod, and we love watches, and wanted to build a brand that creates watches, but also gives back to our community. 

It all started with an idea, and a desire to make something that is meaningful to us and to the locals. 

Cape Cod has always been more than a destination for us. It’s home. It’s where we grew up, where our families built their lives, and where we learned the value of community. And of course, it’s where our love for watches really began.

So we asked ourselves: What if we combined the two?
What if we created a watch brand inspired by Cape Cod’s simplicity and beauty, and used it to give back to the place that inspired us?

That’s how the idea was born. A simple conversation during a summer walk turned into designs, prototypes, and a mission we’re proud of today:
to build quality watches that capture the spirit of Cape Cod, and support the community that makes it special.
